My 1960s vase

I had to do an "everlasting design" for my floral arrangement class.  Since I'm a little tight on money, I decided to re-design one that I had in my bathroom at home.  It was actually harder than I had anticipated, but after several tries, I got it to look semi-presentable.  After I gave the picture to my professor, she gave me a weird look and said "Well, I like the arrangement, but I think the vase is kind of ugly.  Looks like it's from the 1960s." I just laughed.  It probably was knowing that my parents aren't really hip on the whole modern decorating thing. I still like it.
