For St. Patrick's day, I treated my roommates to a little tradition we do in our family that I miss now that I'm not at home. Mackenzie was born on St. Patrick's day, so we make a big deal out of the event. Another reason why it's important to our apartment is because we decided to make Lenny our scape goat. Whenever anything goes wrong in our apartment, we blame it on him. This was the one day where he decided to pay us back with some treats.
Here is our green breakfast-dinner. Sadly, we only had neon green dye, so everything kind of turned a really dark yellow. But it all still tasted good! And this is the search for Lenny's pot of gold :
